Come and make a bowl or plate or possibly two in my studio in Saffron Walden.

7-9pm Wednesday 4th March

Over 18’s only.

We will hand build one or two bowls or plates using my handmade molds. You can decorate your pieces with stamps and found objects. You might want to bring any flowers or grasses to press into the clay.

You will need to book a glazing workshop to finish your pieces. They will be ready for collection a couple of weeks after the glazing workshop. Please allow two weeks between the making workshop and the glazing workshop for your pieces to be bisque fired..

STUDIO NOTES:

I live in a RESIDENTS PARKING only area of Saffron Walden so you will need to park in a car park nearby. I am near to the market square and common car parks. I think Waitrose car park might close before we finish - please check!

I have three dogs of varying sizes. They should be in the living room with my daughter while we are making but if you are allergic to dogs this may not be the workspace for you. They may make an appearance during the evening so please let me know in advance if that is something you would be uncomfortable with.

Please bring an apron and have short nails and tied back hair. You may bring a water bottle but no food is allowed in the studio.
